Executive Chef Thangamani Vythilingam (MANI) has four decades of restaurant industry experience. He had served for 15+ years in the old Walkerville favourite Rang Mahal Indian Restaurant. Mani specialises in North Indian, South Indian and Malaysian cuisine to satisfy diners in Adelaide.
